  1. I'm sorry but I don't speak Hungarian. What a very interesting project. I have a NAD 1520 which I like very much. Question : Did you have problems with mains hum ? I have a good ground connection but still get hum through the arm (I have flat and round types) I wonder if you made any modifications to help this. I think the hum I hear comes from the AC motor,as if I unplug the motor from the wall I have no hum through the signal path (the motor is always live if you feel it )

    My only modification was to add plasticence to the top part of the plinth inside to add some mass

    I'm using an OM20 ortofon cartridge which sounds very nice with the flat arm

    1. Most likely lead over the 3,3nF 400V capacitor, which is connected in parallel with the switch. The replacement will usually solve the problem.
